About Me

I've lived in the same town my entire life, until I married my husband who is the absolute opposite of who I am. Somehow we perfectly complement each other. He's outgoing and a little crazy, never meets a stranger and always has a new idea. I'd rather sit back and observe, take things in slowly. I like meeting new people, but find comfort in few friends and had rather be face to face.

Our hearts beat for the vulnerable. We have a massive passion for missions and one day might find ourselves overseas, but for now my mission field is in my living room. We are currently parents to four adopted children along with our biological son. They've taught us more of the Father's love for us than I could ever read about in the Bible or listen to in a sermon. I think the reason we're so passionate about the vulnerable, is because I used to be vulnerable too. That is until I had a revelation of my Heavenly Father and learned about my identity as His daughter.

You can find me sipping coffee during nap time, or cleaning. I really like to clean. I come alive when I see a vision for a space in my home. I like seeing something for what it can be, rather than what it is. In between diaper changes and helping with homework, I've developed a passion to capture moments. For me, this began with my first foster placement.

I realized I was the only one seeing his firsts. And he deserved for someone to see his firsts. I remember the first time he said his first word. I grabbed my phone as fast as I could, because even if his first mama couldn't see it, his first deserved to be captured. And we captured every first after.

It made me realize how important photos are for family's. Pictures capture a moment in time. They capture a season that fades much faster than we dare to admit. I want to be the one to capture those moments for other families. The special ones, the important moments, that can be remembered forever.

Thank you. Thank you for the privilege of capturing your families middle moments. It's such an honor to me.

Warmly,
Jenna
